Bio:

My name is Ila Poole. I have been in the cosmetology industry since 1990 and instructing since 1997. I am the night assistant director at TCOB. This has been an awesome career that has allowed me to raise a family, given me independence and the opportunity to enjoy life while doing something I truly love.

I have worked in salons in Tucson area. My true passion lies in instructing. I have worked in a few other schools in Tucson. This has allowed me to see how each school is managed and what type of support the school gives their instructors. In the five years I have been with TCOB the instructors have received more advanced training then required nationally. We also attend the American Association of Cosmetology Schools convention yearly. We have the pleasure of meeting instructors from all over the country. Thank you TCOB!
